Product Updates is the record of what has shipped in Petboost and what is planned. Find it in the left navigation, below the main sections. Anyone on your team who can see the navigation item can open it. Nothing on the page changes your account.
The page has two tabs: Product Updates and Roadmap.
Product Updates
The Product Updates tab is a timeline, most recent first. Each entry carries a date, the product area it belongs to, a type and a short description of what changed and why.
Types tell you how much the change matters:
Type | What it covers |
Major Release | A substantial piece of work across several screens |
New Feature | Something you could not do before |
Improvement | An existing feature doing its job better |
Quality of Life | Small friction removed |
Pre-release | Shipped behind a flag, not switched on for every account |
Product areas match how the app is organised: Scheduling & Booking, Payments & Revenue, Customer Experience, Mission Control, Reporting & Intelligence, Grazi AI, Schedules & Sessions, Services & Products, Team & Resources, CRM & Pets, Automations, Communications, Packages & Courses and Platform.
Some entries carry a small working demonstration of the change, so you can see the screen rather than picture it.
Find a change that affects you
To narrow the timeline, use the filters above it.
Open Product Updates.
Filter by product area or by update type.
Optional: under Sort, set Group By to Product Area, Update Type or Quarter.
To start over, select Clear Filters.
If you only run grooming, filter to Scheduling & Booking and Payments & Revenue and skip the rest.
Ask Grazi what it means for you
The banner at the top opens Grazi with a question about what has shipped and how it applies to your business. Use it when an entry sounds relevant but you are not sure whether it changes anything on your account.
Roadmap
The Roadmap tab shows planned work grouped by financial year and quarter. It is a statement of intent, not a commitment to a date. A quarter can move and an item can be dropped.
Use it to decide whether to build a workaround or wait. If something you need is not on it, tell us on 1800 291 005 or through the in-app chat. What customers ask for is what moves up the list.
