Settings > Branding sets how your business looks everywhere a pet owner sees it: your booking page, your emails, your flyers and your QR booking cards. An owner or admin changes it. Nothing on the page goes live until you select Publish Changes.
Fill it in from your website
If you already have a website, let Petboost read it rather than uploading each asset by hand.
Open Settings > Branding.
Select Auto-fill from website.
In Auto-fill Brand Assets, type your Website URL and select Extract.
Tick the assets you want. Each one shows what it would replace.
Select Apply {n} Assets, then Publish Changes.
The card only appears while at least one of your logo or hero image slots is still empty.
Logo Suite
Petboost uses four logo files: a square and a horizontal version, each as a PNG and as a scalable SVG. The square logo appears in the app and on small surfaces; the horizontal one appears across the top of emails and print.
To get all four from one file, use Smart upload. Upload one image and Petboost removes the background and generates the square and horizontal versions in both formats. To control a single slot yourself, upload straight into Square Logo or Horizontal Logo under SVG Format or PNG Format. A logo shows Set once it has both formats, and PNG only or SVG only until then.
Hero Image is the banner across the top of your booking page. Upload a wide photograph of your premises, your team or a dog mid-service.
Colour Scheme
Four colours drive every branded surface.
Field | What it colours |
Primary Colour | Headings and accents on your booking page |
Primary Button Colour | The main booking button |
Secondary Colour | Supporting text and accents |
Secondary Button Colour | Secondary buttons |
Each picker shows an accessibility reading beside the colour. A colour that fails contrast is hard for some pet owners to read on a phone in daylight, so take the warning seriously before publishing it.
A picker that says Default colour. Pick one to use your own. is showing Petboost's colour because you have not chosen one yet.
Typography
Brand Font searches the Google Fonts library. Type a font name, preview it and select it, and Petboost loads it for you. The preview line reads your business name plus a sample sentence, so you can see the font at real sizes before you commit.
Petboost warns you when you pick a script or decorative font. Those fonts make booking cards, labels and contact details harder to read, which costs bookings. Keep them for your logo.
To use a font that is not on Google Fonts, open Advanced (enter a font manually) and fill in Font Family Name and the stylesheet URL.
Social Media and Marketing
Website URL, Facebook URL and Instagram URL appear as links on your booking page
Google Review URL drives your Google reviews section and every review request you send. Take it from the Ask for reviews panel on your Google Business Profile. It looks like
https://g.page/r/YOUR_ID/reviewVideo on your booking page accepts a YouTube or Vimeo link and plays in your booking page hero. A YouTube or Vimeo badge shows once the link is recognised
Photo Gallery
Photo Gallery sits under Advanced options at the foot of the tab. Upload up to 20 photographs for the gallery on your booking page. Select Choose from appointment photos to pull in shots your team has already taken on the job rather than uploading them twice.
Print Materials
Create a Flyer builds a print-ready PDF in your colours, with your logo and your services on it. QR Booking Card produces a card carrying a QR code that opens your booking page. Both need your booking page to be live.
Conversion Tracking
The Conversion Tracking card, also under Advanced options, fires your own advertising conversions from the booking form: Conversion ID and Conversion label for Google Ads, Meta Pixel ID for Meta, and Google Analytics Measurement ID for GA4. Step-by-step instructions for finding each value sit on the card itself. See Conversion Tracking for the full guide.
