The Me page

Me is your own run sheet: the appointments assigned to you, on the day you choose, with the notes and the actions you need to work through them. It opens on your own bookings rather than the whole business, so you are not scrolling past other people's dogs to find yours.

Me appears in the left navigation, with your first name beside it, when your role is Service Performer. If you are an owner or an admin, you will not see it. Use Mission Control instead, which shows the same views across the whole business.

Choose whose day you are looking at

The name at the top of the page is the filter. Select it to change who the page is about.

  1. Open Me.

  2. Select your name at the top of the page.

  3. Choose My Bookings for your own list, All Bookings for the whole business, or a team member by name.

  4. Optional: under Resources, tick a room, a pen, a van or a table to add its bookings to yours.

Each entry carries a count, so you can see how busy someone is before you switch. On mobile, this is the centre button on the bottom bar, labelled Me, Me +{n} or Team.

Move around the day

Use the arrows either side of the date to step a day at a time, or open the date picker to jump. The Day and Week toggle switches between a single day and the whole week.

The four views

Switch views with the buttons under the date. Each one shows the same appointments arranged for a different job.

Run Sheet is the working view. Each card carries the pet, the service and the times, the responses from any form the owner filled in, the notes in their categories, and one primary action that changes with the status: check the pet in, take payment, check it out, tell the owner it is ready. Manage holds everything else.

Pets groups the cards by arrival time. Use it at the start of a shift to see the shape of the day.

Roster shows a row per team member and per resource, with the pets on each session as named faces, plus a row for anything unassigned. Drag a pet onto another row to move it.

Spotlight groups the day by what needs attention, as columns you clear. Empty columns are hidden, so what you see is what is outstanding.

Narrow the list

Search matches pets and owners. Filters narrows by Status, Payment Method, Team Member, Resource, Time Range, Pet Suburb, Pet Breeds and more. Group & Sort groups the list and sorts it by Arrival Time, Pet Name or Service Name. Roster has its own grouping options.

On a phone, all three sit on the bottom bar, and a dot on an icon tells you a filter is still applied.

Me or Mission Control

Both show the same appointments and the same four views. Me starts on you and your day. Mission Control starts on the whole business and adds the cross-business queues, such as pending bookings and unsigned terms.

If your job is the dogs in front of you, work from Me. If your job is the business, work from Mission Control.
