Enterprise Multi-Location

Enterprise Multi-Location allows businesses with multiple locations to manage all of them from a single Petboost account. Each location operates independently with its own calendar, team members, services, and customers, while billing and subscription management is centralised through Enterprise HQ.

Who can access this? Enterprise Multi-Location is available on the Enterprise plan. The feature is visible to Owner Admins and users with access to more than one location. Non-admin team members do not see Enterprise HQ in the navigation.

Enterprise HQ

Enterprise HQ is your central dashboard for managing all locations in your organisation. Open it from the sidebar Enterprise HQ item.

What Enterprise HQ Shows

  • Location count - How many locations are in your organisation

  • Location cards - Each location displayed as a card showing the name, address, timezone, phone number, and your role at that location

  • Active location indicator - A vertical bar on the left of the card shows which location you are viewing

  • Organisation billing - Plan and usage, power-ups, payment method, and billing history (Enterprise plan only)

Organisation Billing

For Enterprise plan accounts, Enterprise HQ includes a full billing section with:

  • Billing hero card - Current plan overview and subscription status

  • Quick stats - Usage metrics including card payment volume, appointments, and SMS credits

  • Billing timeline - Upcoming billing events

  • Benefit realisation - How your business benefits from the platform

  • Tabs for Plan & Usage, Power-Ups, Payment, and Billing History

On the Enterprise plan, appointment usage and admin time saved count across every location in your organisation. SMS credits and card payment volume use the same organisation total.

You can access the Stripe Customer Portal from Enterprise HQ to manage your payment method or view invoices.

Switching Between Locations

There are three ways to switch your active location:

1. From Enterprise HQ

Click any location card to switch to that location. Clicking the active location takes you to Mission Control for that location.

2. From the Sidebar Account Switcher

If you have access to more than one location, an Account Switcher dropdown appears in the sidebar showing your current location. Click it to see all your locations, then select one to switch. A "View All Locations" link at the bottom takes you to Enterprise HQ.

3. From the Command Palette

Open the command palette and type a location name. Your locations appear as switchable results, allowing you to change location without navigating away from your current page.

What Happens When You Switch

Switching locations sets the new location as your active business and reloads the page to Mission Control. All data you see (calendar, customers, team, invoices) will be for the newly selected location.

Adding a New Location

If your plan allows additional locations (shown as "X of Y used" on the Add Location card), you can add a new location directly from Enterprise HQ.

  1. Click the Add Location card (dashed border with a plus icon)

  2. Fill in the required details:

    • Location Name - e.g. "Sydney CBD" or "North Shore"

    • Phone - Contact number for this location

    • Email - Contact email for this location

    • Address - Physical address (with autocomplete)

    • Timezone - Australian timezone for this location

  3. Click Add Location

The new location is created as a separate business account linked to your organisation. You can then switch to it and configure services, team members, and settings independently.

If you have no locations yet, Enterprise HQ > Locations shows Add First Location. After that, the same page heading is Locations and the button is Add Location. The fields are the same: Location Name, Phone, Email, Address, and Timezone.

Clone brand assets to another location

  1. Open Enterprise HQ > Locations

  2. On the source location card, tap Copy brand to other locations. On the Enterprise HQ page it is the copy icon, with the same label for screen readers

  3. The dialog title is Clone Brand Assets

  4. Under What to clone, select Logos, Colours, Typography, Hero Image, and Social & Marketing as needed

  5. Select the target locations

  6. Tap Clone to {n} Location(s)

This overwrites the selected assets on the target locations.

Enterprise HQ also has Organisation Billing, Plan & Usage, Clone Brand Assets, and Add Location.

Team Member Access Across Locations

Team members can have access to multiple locations with different roles at each. Your role at each location is displayed on the location card as a badge:

Badge

Access Level

Owner Admin

"Owner Admin"

Full access including billing

Admin

"Admin"

Full operational access

Team Member

"Team Member"

Service performer access

Support

"Support"

Limited support access

When a team member switches locations, they see data and have permissions according to their role at that specific location.

Location Limits

The number of locations you can have is determined by your subscription. This is controlled by the max_locations value on your Stripe subscription. Enterprise HQ shows how many locations you have used out of your maximum allowance. If you need more locations, contact Petboost support to adjust your plan.
