What is Mission Control?
Mission Control is your dedicated operational dashboard for running your pet business day-to-day. It's a one-page command centre designed to help you get 90% of your daily tasks done from a single screen, whether you're on your phone, tablet, or computer.
Think of it as the difference between a pilot's cockpit view (Mission Control) and flight planning software (Appointments Calendar). Mission Control shows you what's happening now, what needs your attention, and gives you quick access to common actions.

Attention Required
Automatically identifies appointments and situations that need your immediate action. Items are split into two collapsible subcards: Action Items and Special Attention.
Action Items (things to do):
Pending Confirmations - Bookings waiting for your approval, with bulk confirm
Incomplete Sign-ups - Abandoned bookings and unfinished profiles, with bulk recovery messaging. For Abandoned Bookings (New) and unfinished profiles, select the cards, then click Delete. Draft pets do not block this. For Abandoned Bookings (Existing), select the cards, then click Dismiss. That clears the unfinished booking and keeps the customer. Opening a card takes you to the customer profile Action Required tab, where you can Create Appointment, Send Recovery Message (SMS), X-Ray this booking, or Dismiss. Cards with a recording to watch show X-Ray ready. For activation / login links, use Manage Owner → Resend Activation SMS or Send Quick Login SMS on the profile. You can also delete a new incomplete sign-up from the ribbon on Customers & Pets: Manage → Delete → Delete permanently.
Outstanding Payments - Appointments with unpaid invoices
Payment Method Issues - Customers without payment methods on file
Depleted Packages - Customers who've run out of package credits
Overdue Status Changes - Appointments that should have moved to the next status
Bulk Charge Feature:
Process multiple outstanding payments in one go, with a revenue collection preview showing how much you'll collect.
