Overview
The Team tab provides per-person performance analytics for your team. It shows who's busiest, who generates the most revenue per hour, and where utilisation could be improved.
Key Metrics

Team Members | Number of active team members with appointments in the period |
Total Appointments | Combined appointment count across all team members |
Revenue per Member | Average revenue per team member |
Top Performer | The team member with the highest appointment count, shown with their photo and a badge showing their appointment total |
Insight Cards
The Team tab generates the richest set of insight cards in the main tab suite, with up to 12 types:
Workload balance: Flags when appointment volumes are unevenly distributed across the team. Includes "View [Name]" actions linking to the top and bottom performers' schedule tabs
Revenue contribution: Identifies team members whose revenue share doesn't match their volume share (e.g., doing many appointments but generating proportionally less revenue). Includes actions linking to the members with the largest gaps
Team revenue per hour: Compares each team member's effective hourly rate (revenue divided by booked time). Identifies who generates the most and least per hour. Includes actions linking to both
Duration variance: Highlights differences in average appointment duration between team members, which may indicate training opportunities or different service mixes. Links to the slowest performer
Appointment value spread: Compares average revenue per appointment across team members. Highlights members with notably low average values and links to their profile
Efficiency index: A combined ranking across revenue per hour, appointment count, and average value. Identifies your most efficient all-round performer and links to their profile
Capacity balance: Shows how each member's appointment load compares to an equal share of the team's total. Links to a "View Team" action
Solo operator: Detects when you're operating as a one-person team and provides context-appropriate insights about your performance without team comparisons
Team size revenue: Analyses total revenue relative to team size, benchmarking your per-member output
Team pacing: Measures booking frequency per team member, identifying who has the fastest and slowest appointment pace. Links to the slowest-paced member's schedule
Dependency risk: Warns when a single team member handles a disproportionate share of all appointments, creating a business continuity risk. Links to the top performer's profile
Staff utilisation: Compares booked hours against available hours (from working hours templates) for each team member. Calculates how many extra appointments could be booked without adding hours. Colour-coded: green for 80%+, amber for 50-80%, red for below 50%. Links to the member with the lowest utilisation. Includes a calculation explainer showing how utilisation is derived from working hours templates and booked appointment time
Each insight card includes "View [Name]" action buttons that link directly to the relevant team member's profile or schedule page.
Charts
Appointments by Member
A bar chart comparing appointment counts across team members. Each bar is labelled with the team member's first name. Hover for the full name and exact count.
Team Revenue Distribution
A chart showing each team member's revenue share of the total team revenue.
Team Utilisation
A detailed section showing per-member utilisation rates:
Members are sorted by utilisation rate (highest first)
Each team member is listed with their photo (or initials)
A progress bar shows booked hours vs. available hours
A percentage badge is colour-coded: green (80%+), amber (50-80%), red (below 50%)
The raw hours are displayed (e.g., "32h / 40h")
Utilisation is calculated from each team member's configured working hours template, so it accurately accounts for part-time workers and different schedules. A team member who works 3 days a week and is fully booked will show high utilisation, not low.
Individual Performance Table
A detailed table listing every team member with columns:

Avg Duration | Average appointment duration in minutes, with a variance badge showing deviation from the team average (e.g., "+15%" in amber, or "-10%" in green) |
On smaller screens, some columns (Rev/Appt, Rev/Hr) are hidden to fit the layout. Team member names are clickable and navigate to their profile page.
