Overview
The Team tab provides per-person performance analytics for your team. It shows who's busiest, who generates the most revenue per hour, and where utilisation could be improved.
Key Metrics
Metric | What It Shows |
Team Members | Number of active team members with appointments in the period |
Total Appointments | Combined appointment count across all team members |
Revenue per Member | Average revenue per team member |
Top Performer | The team member with the highest appointment count, shown with their photo and a badge showing their appointment total |
Insight Cards
The Team tab generates the richest set of insight cards in the suite:
Revenue per hour: Compares each team member's effective hourly rate (revenue divided by booked time), identifying who generates the most and least per hour. Includes "View [Name]" actions linking to team member profiles
Workload balance: Flags when appointment volumes are unevenly distributed across the team
Duration variance: Highlights differences in average appointment duration between team members, which may indicate training opportunities
Appointment value spread: Compares average revenue per appointment across team members
Efficiency index: A combined ranking across revenue per hour, appointment count, and average value. Identifies your most efficient all-round performer
Capacity balance: Shows how each member's appointment load compares to an equal share
Staff utilisation: Compares booked hours against available hours (from working hours templates). Calculates potential extra appointments for underutilised members. Colour-coded: green for 80%+, amber for 50-80%, red for below 50%
Revenue contribution: Identifies team members whose revenue share doesn't match their volume share (e.g., doing many appointments but generating proportionally less revenue)
Each insight card includes "View [Name]" action buttons that link directly to the relevant team member's profile page.
Charts
Appointments by Member
A bar chart comparing appointment counts across team members. Each bar is labelled with the team member's first name.
Team Revenue Distribution
A horizontal chart showing each team member's revenue contribution.
Team Utilisation
A detailed section showing per-member utilisation rates:
Each team member is listed with their photo (or initials)
A progress bar shows booked hours vs. available hours
A percentage badge is colour-coded: green (80%+), amber (50-80%), red (below 50%)
The raw hours are displayed (e.g., "32h / 40h")
Utilisation is calculated from each team member's configured working hours template, so it accurately accounts for part-time workers and different schedules. A team member who works 3 days a week and is fully booked will show high utilisation, not low.
Individual Performance Table
A detailed table listing every team member with columns:

Rev/Hr | Revenue per hour (calculated from revenue, appointment count, and average duration) |
Avg Duration | Average appointment duration in minutes, with a variance badge showing deviation from the team average (e.g., "+15%" in amber, or "-10%" in green) |
On smaller screens, some columns (Rev/Appt, Rev/Hr) are hidden to fit the layout.
