Pricing Assistant changes many service prices in one pass. Open Services and select Pricing Assistant. The first screen is Pricing adjustment options.
Each option has its own wizard. Preview the list, then choose How to handle existing appointments before you apply.
Fixed Amount, Percentage, Build Fees Into Pricing and Magic Pricing move every rate on a service together: the price, its stay tiers, its multi-pet rates and, on a Number of nights stay, Rate per night and Daycare rate (same-day stays).
Open Pricing Assistant
Go to Services
Select Pricing Assistant
Choose one option: Fixed Amount, Percentage, Build Fees Into Pricing, Update Existing Bookings, or Magic Pricing
Adjust prices by percentage
Use this when you want every selected service to move by the same percent, for example 5%.
Select Percentage, then Get Started
On Adjust Prices by Percentage, enter Percentage (use a minus sign to reduce)
Set Round to nearest and Rounding direction
Use Filter services if you only want some services
Select Preview Changes
Review the list
Under How to handle existing appointments, choose New bookings only, Notify customers and update, or I will handle this myself
Select Apply for the listed changes
New bookings only leaves booked appointments on the old price. Notify customers and update changes upcoming bookings and messages the owners. I will handle this myself updates the catalogue and leaves you to change bookings later.
Adjust prices by fixed amount
Select Fixed Amount, then Get Started
On Adjust Prices by Fixed Amount, enter the dollar amount (use a minus sign to reduce)
Set Round to nearest and Rounding direction
Use Filter services if you only want some services
Select Preview Changes
Choose How to handle existing appointments
Select Apply for the listed changes
Build fees into pricing
This raises catalogue prices so they include card or booking fees you used to add on top.
Select Build Fees Into Pricing, then Get Started

Preview the new prices
Choose How to handle existing appointments
Select Apply for the listed changes
Update existing bookings
Use this after you have already changed catalogue prices and still have upcoming bookings on older prices.
Select Update Existing Bookings, then Review Bookings
On Update existing bookings to your current prices, set the date and status filters
Read Stale bookings, Customers, Recurring, and One-off
Review What will change
Read Important Australian Consumer Law note. A confirmed price is a binding agreement. Tell the owner in writing before you raise it. They can cancel without penalty
Apply the update
Magic Pricing
Magic Pricing suggests price changes from about 90 days of booking data.
Select Magic Pricing, then Run Analysis
Wait for the analysis
On Review suggested changes, tick or untick each service and edit a price if you need to
Continue to the apply step
Choose How to handle existing appointments
Select Apply for the listed changes
You need appointments in the system. Without them the analysis has nothing to use.
