Overview
The Marketing tab (labelled Marketing Ideas in the tab content) turns your customer, pet, and appointment data into campaign ideas and ready-to-send email segments. Petboost does not send marketing emails for you - templates open in your own email client for you to review and send.

What you will see
Campaign idea cards generated from your data (categories such as win-back, VIP, seasonal, and more)
Ready-to-send email segments with recipient lists and personalised draft content
Filters to narrow ideas by category
Helpers for building campaign URLs where available
This tab is on-demand - run the analysis when you want a fresh set of ideas for the selected date range.
Important limits
Petboost does not blast marketing emails or SMS campaigns on your behalf
Email drafts open in Gmail, Outlook, or your default mail client
Transactional messages (reminders, receipts) are separate - configure those under Services > Notifications and Settings > Notifications
