The Account Health Check reviews your setup and your last 30 days of booking behaviour, scores it, and hands you a prioritised list of things to fix. Running it changes nothing in your account. It reads, scores and reports.
Open it from the Run an Account Health Check card at the top of Settings, or from the Account Health Check card on Reporting & Intelligence > Overview.
Run it
Open Account Health Check.
Select Run health check.
Work through the three steps: Overview, Checks, then Action plan.
The result is saved on the device you ran it on, so the page opens on your last result with Last checked and the time above it. Select Run again after you change something to score it afresh.
Overview
Overview gives you the headline: a score out of 100 with a letter grade, then one line telling you whether anything needs doing. It reads Your account is in great shape when everything passed, or names the number of things to look at.
Working well underneath lists what is already right. Read it. It is the part that tells you which of your settings to leave alone.
Checks
Checks lists every check by name with its result:
Badge | What it means |
Healthy | Nothing to do |
Could be better | Worth a look when you have time |
Needs attention | Fix this one |
Not enough data | Petboost could not score it, usually too few recent bookings |
Anything that is not healthy carries a Fix button that takes you straight to the screen that sets it.
Action plan
Action plan is the list you work from. It splits in two:
Do these first are the changes that move the needle most
Worth considering are smaller tweaks
Each item names what is wrong, why it matters and what to do, with a button onto the right screen. A finding reads like this one:
Online booking is switched off
Turn on online booking
Tick an item off as you go and it dims, so you can come back to a half-finished list without losing your place. Clear & start again empties the ticks and the saved result.
Share it or get help with it
Save PDF downloads the whole report, named after your business, so you can send it to a business partner or a bookkeeper, or keep a record of where you started.
Ask Grazi how to fix these opens Grazi with your findings already in the question, so you can ask about a specific item without typing it out.
How often to run it
Run it when something changes: after you launch, after you add or reprice services, after a quiet month, or before a busy season. Between those, monthly is plenty. The score moves on your own recent booking behaviour, so running it twice in a day tells you nothing you did not already have.
